World Series Game Two Ratings Higher Than 2010

Game two of the World Series between the Texas Rangers and St. Louis Cardinals registered a 8.9 rating for Fox with an audience of 14.3 million viewers, a 5% increase over game two of the 2010 Fall Classic between the Rangers and San Francisco Giants.  The game tied for the highest rated program of the night.

Through two games Fox is averaging a 8.8 rating, 1% above last year.

Once again the local markets of the clubs led the ratings in metered markets with St. Louis on top averaging a 49.4 rating, while Dallas placed second averaging a rating of 34.4.
